IntelliNet Central
Receiver
Rugged, affordable, operator-owned radio
network for central alarm reporting

The wireless wide area network replaces
telephone lines as a primary reporting means. "Smart", patented lntelliNet
technology, creates a rugged system that surpasses traditional radio.
How it Works
The new system is a network made up of 2-way communicators. Each alarm site is
linked to the network by a "smart" subscriber unit, an intelligent device that is
both a transceiver and a repeater. Alarm signals are sent through the network to
the central station. The signal is transmitted directly to the central receiver
if the subscriber is within radio range, or is relayed through one or more smart
transceivers.
Redundant routes enhance reliability and reduce the need for costly repeaters.
Redundancy is a key feature of the network. From any given transceiver, there
are many different routes the alarm message can take. If a message cannot be
sent by one route, the intelligent transceiver automatically selects the next
best route. This dynamic process is ongoing across the network.
Network intelligence is distributed. Smart transceivers dynamically adapt
themselves to changes in the network to optimize system operation.
Supervised, 2-way transceivers check in constantly. If a unit fails to check in,
the central station alerts the operator who can assess problems from the
console. Confirming messages reply to every transmission.
Powerful upload and download capabilities
make for easy remote programming, 2-way text messaging, vehicle location and
alarm retransmission
The receiver is compatible with all major automation software. The subscriber
units are compatible with all types of alarm panels.

Illustration shows the multiple redundant
routing of the lntelliNet system. Distant subscribers use other units to relay
messages to the central station. The routing is optimised automatically,
adjusting dynamically to system changes. The 2-way data network also
supports vehicle locating, text messaging and many other functions.
Central Stations Systems are configured to your needs. Both dual and single
setups are available.
The 7003-D "dual" central station is shown.
• 7030-B Transceiver - housed with the backup battery in a rugged case near the
antenna for maximum power.
• High Gain Antenna and Band pass Filter
enhances radio performance.
• 7003 Central Receiver's - the hub of the network. Dual system shown has 2 -
7003 receivers, 1 primary and 1 backup.
• Output to Alarm Automation Software -choose Radionics 6500 or Ademco 685
emulation.
• 7100 Network Computer / Net7000 software - provides powerful user interface
for remote programming, control functions, etc.
Central Station Expansion Capabilities:
• EZ-Router for forwarding alarms to any central station by telephone line
• Vehicle Tracking using a combination of lntelliNet & GPS technologies
